I'm not sure about your 2011, but in my 2005 T&C there is one main fuse under the hood that handles both seats. For the past week, I had power to my passenger seat adjustment, but not the driver's side. I was baffled. So, today I found the main fuse, pulled it out for about a minute, and then put it back in. Voila! I now have power to both. No idea why this worked, but it did... thought I'd share.
