"Reached out to the dealer in an effort to get more information on the
vehicle and heard back from them within 2 hours. As I live ~200 kms from
the dealership, Ezel (Izzy) the sales person who reached out to me felt it
pertinent to personally take any pictures of the vehicle (scratches / scuffs
etc) that he could find to make sure I was comfortable making the drive. I
also had him take pictures of various specific seat plans so I could identify
if the space was going to suit my needs.
Izzy went above and beyond any car sales person I have dealt with, the
management was extremely inviting, and finance was quick and easy.
Overall, easily the best experience I have had at a dealership purchasing a
car. They catered to me every step of the way without any pressure. This is
how a dealership should be run. Strongly Recommended."

"Very egravated and disappointed. I drove 45 minutes to see the advertised 2012 Buick Enclave with 81,025 km for $15500 ($6000 less than others I had seen) by appointment and it was not transferred from Brantford to their dealership as promised. The next business day the salesperson called me to confirm it had been delivered and to confirm my appointment later that day to see it. It was sold from underneath me, no call to move up my appointment and no call to purchase it unseen. After reading other reviews I am starting to think I've been had too! That advertisement did seem to good to be true...got me in the door. Lesson learned. I don't recommend Strickland's Stratford Toyota "

"I really wanted the car that was advertised and was told it was in windsor
when i went to windsor was told it was in london and sales person tried to
talk me into a different vehicle. went home and called backthe next day , to
talk to second sales person was told the exact same story as first sales rep.
was very disappointing. and we went to toronto to get the same car that had
only 22000 km from new would like more honest advertising from Strickland
therefore will not recommend the dealership to anybody."
