8 Passenger Back Seat Access

How do you get to the back seat in the 8 passenger model? If I have car seats in the middle, will I have to remove them in order for someone to access the back?

I just purchased an Ascent and they will install the towing package for $700. Will it have a trailer brake controller because my Casita is equipped with trailer brakes.
