1990 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD CRUISE CONTROL NOT WORKING

1990 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD CRUISE CONTROL NOT WORKING. Replaced the ECM with an AC Delco module. Did not fix the problem. Codes start and then stop when it comes to the control. Cruise went out last year...
