Terrible Customer Service. We went to buy a car. The Sale Rep. was awesome and she tried to explain everything in detail. When we discussed to put a deposit on the car(without even negotiating on the price). Their manager told us that we cant buy the car as it is only for local clients. We said that's okay but you guys have a policy that if the car is on the market for 60 days it can be sold to anyone (we showed them their policy posted on car gurus). They said if you guys go with financing then you guys can buy the car otherwise the car cant be purchased on cash. We said we are not reducing the price and we are following your dealership policy as the car being the market for 66 days. The manager acted so unprofessional and unethical and was just trying to compel us to go south financing because they get commission. He started unprofessionally by just saying I cant sell you this car. I think Commission money was more imprtant than professionalism, ethics, values and customer service.

Made an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived no one was there to meet me and the car was not on the lot. They sent it out for service. No one seemed to care. When i emailed the manager I did not receive a response. I drove 40 KM's to the dealership.

North York Chrysler Dealership at Yonge street North of Steeles avenue excelled beyond my expectation when I bought my Mercedes GL450 from them. Raymond Orr is a great salesman and an honest gentleman who took time to explain to me whatever he knew about the car and allowed me sometime to make a decision of my own. And what`s more. Their financing? 100% hassle-free. Moreso, the guy in charge of maintenance who did the wonderful ceramic coating option on my new car had to fix existing numerous scratches and dents first, at no extra charge. They showed me the video Before and After and I was very impressed. I Love my new car, and I love North York Chrysler Dealership.

So I show up and get tossed between salesman as the guy I need to meet was not in yet as I arrived early from London Ontario, the car had to be fetched and was not ready. It was also filthy and not cleaned. After the test drive I was told that you can't negotiate the price of the car and that the price displaying was the first and last price. So you made me drive more than 250km and wasted 5 hours of my time for nothing. Salesman didn't know much about the car and was not customer oriented at all and the other salesman I was supposed to meet ended up calling me 10mins after our appointment time asking if I was coming to the dealer when I had already finished test driving the car and didn't even apologize for anything. Completely unprofessional and zero consideration for customers. Not recommended at all.

The dealer invited me to come in for a test drive. I asked if he was willing to negotiate on the price. There was no further reply from the dealer. It was disappointing that he did not even reply that the price was firm, which would have been a reasonable response. Evidently the dealer objects to my low rating but CarGurus itself subsequently posted that the asking price was thousands too high. Ignoring reasonable questions is very unprofessional for a car dealer in my book. How else would most people react to being ignored by a dealer after the first contact? My message was not rude and it went unanswered. Therefore my low rating stands.

Vida was very knowledgeable in her field of work and was amazing to work with. Dara was helpful in providing me with the best customer and vehicle care that I needed after my purchase. Once the purchase was complete and everything signed, I was handed the key/fob for the Jeep. only at this time was I told there was only 1 key and, no they would not pay to make me a second key. Once I got the Jeep home, I realized the radio antenna was broken. I emailed both the sales agent Besi and the financial advisor Abdul that the antenna was broken and could I please have this fixed. It's been month, I still have not heard back from either. I then received a welcome email from Sara-Jane, Service Manager thanking me for my business. I also expressed my disappointment with being given only 1 key and having a broken antenna, It has now been 2 weeks and the service manager has failed to reply or contact me. Overall, very disappointed and would recommend avoiding.

If a prospective buyer lives within 8km, he is not "required" to pay monthly payments for 3 years and may pay cash if he chooses at Car Hub. I live many km away and was told I must pay monthly payments for 3 years. ( I wanted to pay all cash). There was a 400$ plus 80$ tax fee for setting up the loan plan with Td Trust and I had to pay that. Luckily the asking price as advertised was great or I would have walked away. On top of that, I had to pay for full insurance (Comprehensive) because I was taking out a bank loan. => As it turned out, the bank loan was Open with TD Trust, and I paid it off within a week of buying the car, with only 20$ in interest fees, all with no penalty. (Car Hub told me there "may well be" a 400$ penalty. I followed up and not true.) And now I will call back my insurance company to make re-adjust my monthly insurance payments. Next time, read the small print in the ad, and watch for the "bait and switch" technique!

I found this dealership to be very friendly. I felt very welcomed every time I went to the dealership. All my questions were answered truthfully with no hesitation I felt. I called the dealership and booked a appointment to test drive the mkx. Good experience but I should have read the advertisement that you can't pay cash you must finance which adds almost $ 6,000 to the cost of the vehicle. That was disappointing, a little false leading to me.

I few they put too much pression on us to buy the car. They took our current car document to evaluate the price, but they hold it. We try to leave but they refused to give up, they trid to convince us with billions different arguments, even after I say no, we don’t want it, they were very unprofessional. I am keeping looking for a new car, but I won’t go back there anymore!!!

North York Chrysler was an excellent dealership to buy a car from. My sales rep Simon was very informational, professional & well responsive to any of my questions. Randi & Ron were very helpful as well...Thanks guys...My daughter happen to be looking for a vehicle at the same time. Over a long weekend Simon went out of his way to send me picks & links on specific vehicles. In the short run I become a new owner of 2017 Ford Mustang...awesome car....not just Simon but all the staff made it a very welcoming experience & good atmosphere...the only regret I have is not accepting the lunch we were offered..lol

Dealer contacted me I asked for a salesman to contact me. Price on the truck was 34,498 next day sent three emails got no reply looked truck up on your site they raised the price by 10,000. Tried to say price was a mistake told them to look on cargurus site from March to April price was 35,000 and change so don't tell me price was a mistake.....seams as soon as Chrysler came back with 25% off they decided to raise the price. Very bad dealership. And I have the email they sent me with a price of 34,498 plus tax and licence.

I like the fact that from the beginning they send me a list of the cars that we were interested, and after our visit to the dealer and not finding what we wanted, they send us another list of other cars that we may be like, good fallow up! Thank you

They got back to me promptly, however, since I do not live within 8 k/m of the dealership, they refused to consider a cash deal Strange on their part. They said I would have to take out a loan, but I could pay it off 3 - 6 months? Won't ever have me as a buyer.

Cars Salesmen were great to work with. Managers not so much. When you asked questions or had concerns with a deal, esp. financial questions, the Manager would talk down to you and belittle you with their tone. They even started to get irritated when I had basic questions regarding their internal purchasing procedures. The experience left me feeling disrespected and that this dealer was unprofessional.

No high pressure. Very accommodating staff and set a comfortable tone. Manager even engaged on my leaving. Did not purchase yet and waiting for right vehicle at the right price. Complete and full disclosure from used car manager was refreshing. Only complaint - I'm a coffee hound and couldn't locate a pot.

We are a high volume dealership and have over 1500 cars on the lot. Some of these cars sit in the same spot for a few days and due to that the battery sometimes dies and dust accumulates on the car. Majority of the times a quick car wash and a simple boost is enough to get it running, but sometimes, a mechanics intervention is needed.

Came in for a test drive and sales man was horrible. Didn't look us in the face, didn't listen to what we wanted, test drive one SUV n he let us go about one block then routed us back. Never offered to show us other cars or anything. Is it too much to ask to try and find someone who wants your business???

Before I was going to buy the car, I was asking to see if they would be some what flexible about the price, I know the blue book cost of this car and iy was at the high end cost for it, I understand the dealer wants to make money but, by telling me that they are at a fair price and giving me there site to look(I have already seen). So I went and bought a Lincoln MKX instead, they were will to negotiate, I can't rate them because they never wanted my business, by not willing to negotiate, tells me they don't want my business. I love my Lincoln MKX, I would recommend that car to anyone.

Told that the one vehicle we were interested in had sold the night before. So we drove 2 hours for virtually nothing. I suspect that car is never available, as it continues to be listed on Car Guru. Would have been good of the sales agent to advise us, if the car genuinely was there and then was sold.

The new car we bought was great, but our salesman wasn't on the ball. He said the car would be ready by 1:00 to pick up, but we had to wait an hour when we showed up at 2:00 only to find that they didn't remove the door stickers and the car had to go into the body shop for an hour. After it was all said and done, we ended up leaving the dealership at 5:00

Poor service. Happy with the quality of the vehicle and the purchase price. The car was delivered empty and I was not that familiar with the gauges and other electronic systems. I was stuck in the road for around 45 minutes until a fried arrived. I was lucky that it did not happened in the highway.

We were all ready to sign the papers for a Jeep Wrangler with North York Chrysler when we were told that we would have to finance the car and could not pay cash. We spent an hour getting there and 3 hours there looking over the car only to find out we could not pay cash. Will never, ever go back!!!!! The manager even snickered at us as we were leaving.

The vehicle was confirmed in Stock and that I could test drive in the morning . However when I arrived a mechanic said it was in such bad shape I shouldn't even see it. Waste of gas and time.

Hi Kevin,

We're sorry that the truck you were interested in was sold. However, we did not list it on the website to lure prospective customers.

Whenever someone puts a deposit on a vehicle, our inventory management system changes the status of the vehicle from "in-stock" to "sold". From there on, it may take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks for the car to be delivered to the customer due to the time required to finalize the paperwork. However, the vehicle listing stays live on the website till the deal is finalized and the car is delivered.

sales rep rude. I asked if any room to negotiate he told him that if I brought a bag full of cash and wanted $ 50 off it would be No So I kept my bag full of cash and spent it at another dealer !

By law, we aren’t allowed to accommodate tax on any purchases unless the customer is an aboriginal. the Car had rust and had been in an accident. Plus many scratches that could easily been fixed. Plus there was a can of pop in the passenger side.

It was somewhat frustrating, the sales representative is the only settling part of the whole interaction. The manager tried to cover the contract with his hand as I was signing I think he was trying to hide the APR amount which was ridiculously high but since i was paying for the vehicle in cash I didn't really care, he did however try to get me to keep signing and tried to distract as best he could as I was signing. At the end of the day, The vehicle was in good condition, and the price was amazing, 3 months later and I have no regrets in purchasing the car. Like i stated above, the only thing that threw me off was the interaction with the manager.
