The salesperson advised that the vehicle was not on the lot. The vehicle could not be transferred from another location for viewing in Brantford. The "ghost " advertisement vehicle at that point was possibly being presented at a local auction (Windsor). My first response was if your sending this vehicle to auction why not reduce the sell price. However convectional wisdom escapes people sometimes. This is not a total reflective of the salesperson, I think it has been established that everyone ultimately reports to someone higher up in any organization. The Dealership Leadership should take the opportunity to review operating procedures to better service the customer. Discover the needs of your customer and close the sale. Value, Opportunity & Service. Please do not respond with "Call our guest services" or "the Manager is expecting your call" routine. That only validates your position of contempt. Read your own reviews. Make the changes required to professionally and honestly advertise. "
