Ramiz (general manager) was very prompt at returning polite and professional emails. The car I was interested was listed correctly but had just been sold. Ramiz was able to provide options as they did have similar vehicles of the same brand but different models. I was set on a specific brand/model/series so we could not move ahead. I left two messages before some one with a very heavy accent called me back. I asked him if I could come and take a look at the vehicle, he said come on over. I drove all the way to Ajax, I asked him to show me the sprinter, I was really pissed When he told me it was sold, so I lest the place with out a word and drove all the way to North York.

He was very helpful and polite.

Yes they responded right away with details. They also update me on a a regular bases of their upcoming vehicles and new offers.
