First get together a whole truck load of money and a lot of Tylenol. You are much, much better off buying a real STI or WRX.

Price out an engine and all the stuff that goes with a turbo engine like an intercooler and then ad in a lot of money for labor - thousands and thousands. A good used STi will be cheaper AND better.

Me and my dad were panning on doing the labor. Can i just buy an engine with all of that on it?

There is no such thing as "just turbo it" . You will have to upgrade or change fuel injectors, exhaust system and the engine management plus install an intercooler. Yes you can do it but be prepared for endless problems. If you are determined to do this find a pro that knows how to do it right and have them do it for you,
