Looking at a 2005 Vue with AWD and V6. It already has 121,100 miles or so. It has a sunroof and 4dr and other standard features.

All depends on how the car was maintained. I service my children's cars. The 96 ford has over 200G miles and the engine is going strong. Replaced the tranny once. The 99 ford has 189G miles and the tranny was replaced once. I just changed the evaporator in the AC unit. A door window motor was replaced. That's about it. The problem is no one knows about maintanence on the vehicle except the current owner. And I suspect he will not say he treated the thing like trash even if he did so.

My 1.9L 4cly escort has over 336000kms on it. My dad maintained it all its life and its still running strong, even the A/C is still running ice cold! My mothers 1998 olds eighty eight has over 500,000kms on it. 3.8v6. I dont see any reason why your Vue should not be able to make it to 300k plus.

I have a 2003 Saturn Vue with about 160,000 miles on it. Minor A/C leak this year, but that's the first thing needing repair aside from regular maintenance in 15 years. Best car I ever had! Wish they still made them.

‘04 Saturn VUE... 210,000 miles, recently replaced the automatic transmission, I just replaced the front suspension (I abused the suspension for many years overloading with grossly overweight boxes). Minor here-and-there issues... but I want to push this SUV to 400,000.

I got a '04 vue with 122K miles on it! Works like a champ!! My service tech stated that it still idles nicely.... very quite, better than a new Lexus off the lot he says. Only had to replace the A/C on it (twice - replaced original in 2017, got one season out of it and had to replace again due to a bad compressor that was replaced). Fyi, cough up the $200 more or so for GM air compressor if you need it done. I got a little over 14 years out of vehicle (about 117K miles) without having to change a single light bulb! Everything about this car is impressive, as long as you take care of it, she'll never let you down! Im willing to bet i could get 300K miles, though at my going rate the car be 35 yeara old by then. My car still looks newish for its age, quite remarkable. People turn their heads in disbelief when I say its an '04, they think its like a 2010. It is also astonishing, though not surprising, that i often see these on the road today- pisses me off they got rid of saturn cuz id sure buy it again!

On the Saturn Forum website, there is a 300,000-Mile Club. The club has dozens of registered members, a heavy percentage of those with the 2.2 l four-cylinder Ecotech engine. Is there any reason for those Saturn owners to lie?

I may be buying a 2007 Vue. I don't want anything new because our insurance doubled over the past 18 months & I refuse to be enslaved by our insurance company. I'm wondering that since GM is using Honda's Drive Train, it makes me think that it's the reason people can get 300k + out of these vehicles. I still belong to a Honda High Mileage Club Forum & I usually hear a lot of crying because people are searching for a replacement Trans because they hit 400k but are not ready to sell their Honda. There's a lot of Honda ''Die Hards'' out there who live to be one of the lucky 1 million mile club... At any rate, so far I've heard nothing but good things about the Saturn Vue.

I just bought a 2002 Saturn Vue for $1,000. It seems to run great and has 239,376 miles on it. I will give updates as they come regarding maintenance issues. My mechanic say the vehicle is very sound.

2003 2.2L 5 speed Vue. I bought it brand new in 2003, still my daily driver after nearly 18 years. Granted I only have 125,000 miles on it but it has been the most reliable car/suv I've ever owned.

I own a 2004 2.2L 5 speed Vue since new, just turned 405K and no issues. I think the under side of the car will rust out before the motor and tranny die.
