There is none. 2006 ION has electronic power steering, no pump, no fluid

Yep the dummy light comes on the wheel bumps slightly then I'm steering a tank.

click that image for full screen . Now this is what they call a "J Case" fuse looks like this except it should be yellow for 60 amps
