Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I took out some relays out of fuse box base,now I dont know how to Install them back, the
relays have numbers but not the base,with ignition off I used a volt meter to test cooling
fan and found voltage in two terminals,should'nt only one terminal be live?

Not necessarily. Some relays have multiple power sources and the ground wire is what toggles the relay to work..
