Give some more information. When does it jerk, speeds, acceleration, uphill, downhill etc.....

Define "jerk" No power, rough running engine? Pulls to the right or left while accelerating? Pulls to the right of left while breaking? Harsh shifting? I do know the original fuel pumps on these overheat, most have been replaced by now.
