I had a broken distributor cap on my 1994 TA with the LT1, once it was replaced it never gave me any trouble again. But before replacing it and while diagnosing it, I'd cleaned under the hood and gotten the engine wet, not knowing the distributor was getting ready to fail and …. car would hiccup, not wanna start, stall out, off to the mechanic it went, and on went the new distributor cap. Voila! the Phoenix rose again!
