Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car shifted fine until I replaced the upper and lower manifold gaskets. the car accelerates great, but doesn't want to shift until the rpms are above 3000 rpm. The tps checked bad so I replaced it and the idle air solenoid. the map sensor checked out good. I would appreciate any suggestions.
