My headlight inner frame is stuck when I turn on lights

Whenever I turn on my headlights, the passenger light, I
noticed that it won't pop up BC it's stuck on the inner
frame...ant suggestions on how to easily pop it back out?

If it is blocked by the frame binding, you will need to adjust the assembly to eliminate the interference. If, however, the motor stops working and will not push the light up, repair or replacement of the motor may be required.
