Is It My Engine Control Module

My 2000 Pontiac Sunfire is on the charger all the time ,then i take it off and go some
where turn it on and off three times then it doesn't start till i jump it . its not charging and i
replaced about everything but the Engine Control Module other than that it runs fine. any
ideas.

did you replace th alternator? charge the battery fully and then have it load tested. also have the alternator tested. you might have a parasitic draw somewhere. there are youtube vids on how to test for that. try the other things first though.
