2000 sunfire revs up and down when below 2000 rpm????

i have a 2000 sunfire that revs up and down when below 2000 rpms.  ive changed the intake manifold gasket, injector o rings, IAC valve, and the map sensor. and still no change any ideas??? thanks

loping idle is a symptom of plug wires.

the car has a 2.4 liter engine so would it be the electronics under the cover on top of the engine since it doesnt have plug wires??? thanks

You'll have to test each coil plug for resistance. I sent you instructions in a message.
