I have a 2000 Pontiac bonivelle sle and it was
running fine.I had the transmission fluid lines
replaced and spark plugs and then one day it
would start and not move when I put it in drive or
reverse but start up just fine.

Check the transmission fluid level. It may be low and there may be a leak.
