I have a 1996 Thunderbird and my check engine and chech gauges light is on, my car ran hot after driving about 15-20 miled now my car won't move. Anyone know what happened ?

Why did you drive it without checking the system since the light told you there was a problem. Did you have oil in the transmission? Sounds like a frozen transmission problem. good luck
