how do you replace the ignition if the key was lost

done with no key

Yes it will come with a new key. Does this have an antitheft system?

You will have to use a slide hammer or hammer and screw driver and bust the key cylinder out.

Key has to be in the on position to release the cylinder. Without a key it can't be done.
