2001 Bonneville water through blower

Water coming down through blower motor and filling in back passenger floor

If it's rainwater, then the drain hose on the bottom of the air box is clogged. You can blow it out from up top sometimes, or get underneath and rod it out with a stiff wire. Easy fix. However - if it's coolant leaking, you have a bad heater core. This is not an easy replacement on the Bonneville, a lot of the dash board and console has to come out.
