2002 Pontiac Sunfire Washer Fluid hose keeps coming loose

For some reason the head of the nozzle for the washer fluid comes loose when pressure
is applied.  It's at the bottom of the car.  It is like a tube with a head on it that connects to
a nipple.

Anyone run into this or know how to fix it?

Yes,try a little super glue on it,all so check to make sure your spout,s on your windsheild nozzle,s are not clogged.
