2002 Pontiac Aztec running funny

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just replaced the fuel pump harness
and plug under the seat. Car runs
good as long as it's above half a tank.
Below half it has low power and runs
funny. Fill it up runs great.

Try replacing the fuel filter, Is the check engine light on? Maybe there is a problem with the EVAP tank venting system.
