2003 Pontiac Aztec is running hot. have changed the thermostat, water pump and sensor. what else could it be?

Air possibly needing to be purged from the cooling system, Possible fans not working, Possible head gaskets.

If you do a compression test on each cylinder, 1 or 2 cylinders would be low in compression.

On the Head Gasket….if it's the gasket, wouldn't my oil be milky? Meaning, oil and water mixed together?

All depends where it is leaking from. Yes it can get into the oil, and thats the way it would look, but it could be by a water jacket hole,

....water jacket hole then only seep into the cylinder.
