Heat not working

My heat keep cutting on/off every few days trying
to figure out why it keep doing that..

First check anti freeze level next replace thermostat also not a bad idea to flush cooling system.

Thanks.. I put a little bit of anti freeze in there a few days ago but it wasn't a lot do u think antifreeze can run out fast cause my heat cut back off

First check it out and see how low it is if not that low most likely thermostat. If is low there is a leak somewhere in the cooling system.
