I would check the fuel pressure next to make sure it is within specs. Fuel pressure key on engine of should be between 52 and 59 psi. Also, remove the spark plugs and make sure they have fire while someone cranks the engine. Is the check engine light on? If it is, pull the codes and let us know what they are.

There is a small schraeder valve located on the fuel rail. A fuel psi gauge is needed to screw onto it. Since you have no spark i would go through the fuses and make sure a fuse, especially any fuse that say ecm, isn't blown.
