The interiors aren't very good at all, but I have a '98 sunfire and it has 189000 miles on it. Still runs like a champ. I'll take a durable drivetrain over an interior any day. So long as the sunfires are maintained properly, they'll last for quite a while.

Can I use a radio out of another Pontiac Sunfire which is the same year and put it in that car

If you buy a used radio be sure and get the security code that goes with it otherwise you just have a paper weight.
