2004 Montane, 110,000 miles. My climate contriol fan switch does not work, How can I get access of this switch to replace?

I know  the swiitch is defective, but How can I replace it , does the whole front panel come off easy?

On my 2003, pull out astray/cup holder drawer. Remove 2 bolts (i think philips) and then pull panel from bottom. BTW: The fan resistor is behind a panel above the passenger's feet. On mine, the wires to the resistor are coming loose and cause the fan assembly to stop working.
