Why isnt my air compressor getting any power when i just replaced it a day ago?

Hi I just replaced my air compressor and it has freon in it and the fuse is just fine. My a/c is blowing out hot air and i was told that there is no power going to my air compressor. So what would my next ste be to get this fixed.

Check the fuse first and then, if OK, look for what is known as a "fusable link" in the line that leads to the compressor. It acts like a backup to the fuse to prevent damage if, for some reason, the fuse does not blow first.
