Interior lights in Aztek 2005 does not shut off. It stays on all the time.

My interior lights does not shut down. It stays on even when i am driving. It just go off
after a while when the car is off.

Check the door switch that turns them on and off when you open and close the doors.

i will check it. However today the power widows stopped working and the light service vehicle soon came on.

It sounds like you have a short in the electrical system somewhere. I would start by checking the connections of your harness cables for signs of oxidation or corrosion. Check the connections both under the car and from under the hood. If nothing obvious is found I'd bring the car to the mechanic and have them diagnose what is going on.
