Wiper Fluid Not spraying up

The wiper fluid sprays down rather than onto the
windshield.  The fluid is full and the back works just
fine.

Need to adjust the spray,A staple works good.

What cjsras means is to bend the spray nozzle so it points where you want it. Apparently a staple works well for him to do this but using anything that will not close down the small orifice will do just fine.
