taking off my tire to replace my brakes

i have all the nuts off, but the tire still won't come off.  any suggestions?

WD-40 & rubber mallet? wheel is fused to hub from disssimuliar metals over time.. if u ever get them separated use teflon tape or grease to keep the contact point from fusing.
