where is the fuel shut off or automatic shut off switch

about two months ago ws driving about 5 mins and the car shut down, we put
gas in. No Go changed the fuel filter tried the fuel pump relay changed fuel
pump even the Gas tank today changed the pressure regulator.. some
suggested the the shut off switch....BUT WHERE IS IT AND HOW DO I TURN
IT BACK ON
