If the gear ratio is different I could just change front Axels as well and it should be fine? Even didn't it would work just not run like it should correct?

Ok so if it is,. Just remove front driveshaft. An basiclyy make the truck 2 wheel drive until I found one geared the same ? Been on the look for a year now an no luck with a open 7.5, 373, with 9 inch drum brake.....

I'm just going to. Change the 3rd member an shim it.....just the housing outta the 2 wheel drive....thanks for the info
