Fuse Relay Power Box Probs 96 ford ranger

Intermittent starting prob . if you touch the Power box the fuse relay for the Fuel pump will charge the system and you can start the car. Tried changing out the fuse relay for the Pcm and the fuel  pump..

TRY AND CLEAN//SPRAY WITH SOME WD40....MOVE GIGGLE WIRES AROUD..AND FUSES/RELAYS
