How hard is it to change a water pump on a
Plymouth Breeze / Chrysler Sebring.  1996. 62k.

It depends on your skills. If you can change timing belts or if you can remove and replace a radiator or if you can install new breaks or if you can replace an oil pan seal you should have no problem. If changing the oil or putting in a new headlight you might have a problem with a waterpump. Checking YouTube is great advice.
