For starters, I would run a wire from the positive side of the battery and start touching it to the wires from the door. Things should start to move. Like the windows, mirrors, etc. Then you can label what each wire does from the door side. If wires on the fender side are all colored differently, You're in for some real fun. You will have to go to the dealer and get wiring diagrams or try and find some online.
