Right front turn signal not working

The right front turn signal and right mirror turn signal won’t work and rear right
turn signal flashes fast.  I tested the front lamp and it works on both filaments .

What would cause this?

Thanks for this rather obvious and useful reminder. I called ford and it may indeed be covered.

    Both rear turn signal works. However, both front turn signals are not working. Both front bulbs are new. Note, my van is a 1993 Ford E-350 Chateau model. It is not in your list below
