everytime i start my car i have a squelling noise followed by knocking and the pulley above my crankshaft pulley is wobbling and rubbing the motor in one spot thats the squeeling part but i dont know what this means.

i know its not loose engine mounts i cant tell if the pulleys loose or if the rods trown it has new mounts and its a new motor to the car but its a rebuilt junk yard motor

with the motor off use a 19mm wrench on the Power steering pulley bolt and turn, see if alternator and power steering move with the belts. Alternator may be locking up after sitting.
