96 gt 4.6 overheating. New 3 core aluminum radiator, hoses, radiator cap,water pump and fan. New oil cooler, no AC

GT 4.6L.  BBK CAI, BBK headers, new HD clutch/flywheel. BBK 70mm throttle
body.  3 core Aluminum Radiator. New fan, K frame w/coil over shocks.  New
oil cooler.  New torsion bars (F&R), Pypes catted X-pipe exhaust.  
13"drilled/slotted disc brakes (rear) drilled/slotted discs .  Upper/lower control
arms, unibody connectors, Roll Bar and seats.  35 x 315 17" tires (used
spacers).  And it overheats on the track, road racing at Laguna Seca.  HELP!
