my lights keep flashing and drains the battery

I think its the factory alarm system but im not sure is there a way to unhook it

The factory alarm system would flash the lights, blow the horn, flash a red "THEFT" light on the dash and disable the fuel pump - you couldn't drive it. It sounds as though there is an aftermarket alarm system (usually installed poorly) that is messing up. Try this: disconnect and charge the battery with a charger. Turn the ignition switch to "ON" and reconnect the battery. I've seen this trick work on several alarms - but not always.
