Nasty tick on top of the intake

Asked by Jun 16, 2017 at 01:46 AM about the 1996 Ford Mustang STD Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a nasty misfire in cylinder 4 and 5. It has
new plugs and wires. And new O2 censers. But it's
reading a misfire in those cylinders. Plus too lean
and a auxillary emissions malfuntion. ??? Why??? I
figured I would buy a new coil pack. And maybe a
harmonic balancer. I have no clue what to do.
Cause of that tick on top of the engine. If anyone
can help I would appreciate it. Thanks
