I have a 96 mustang 3.8v6 5speed, question is will
all accessories  including the intake,waterpump
and distruburator change over to a 2001mustang
v6 without altering my wiring or modifying my car

They are different generation models. I did a quick search and the water pump is the same. But for the price of $40 I would purchase a new one. Mustangs of both era's don't use distributors but coil on plugs. The intake might be the same, but you will need to compare and measure. I think you should pass on trying to use the older parts off the '96 and go new or find parts off a 1999-04, 3.8L Mustang engine.
