my 1996 ford mustang 3.8 liter starts bogging out when the temperature gets hot outside

...i can litterally drive it all night long and no problems but soon as it warms up
in the day time it will act like its running out of gas or something it will kinda run
if u mmash on the gas and get it cfruising but stop and go trffic it will die on me
and i have to let it sit for about 5 min before it will even take off again and then
it wont run very far..please help me

Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down. THEN... check fuel pressure at the fuel rail use a gauge and read how many PSI of fuel pressure.
i did that and they said it catylatic converte bank 2 and some other thing up under the hood like fuel evapaeration sensor or something...

Barry sounds like it needs an upstream 02 sensor on bank 2 the EVAP code or sensor wont make it behave like you describe shold write down the codes.
onnly showed two codes rthe catilatic convertor and one other thing

The simple way to check If the cat is restricting the engine is to connect a vacuum gauge to the engine so it reads direct intake vacuum expect 17-21Hgin of vacuum at idle back pressure (the catalytic converter) will reduce this! also..Change the upstream number 1 02 sensor on bank 2
