Put in new battery. Still won't start after sitting. Overnight. Or any length of time

Why won't van start after putting in new battery after sitting for awhile.  Lots of electrical
issues. Windows. Door. Locks etc.  someone mentioned wiring harness??  Please help!

How long did it sit. Need to know hoe long it took to drain the new battery. That way a component may jump out or I can recommend a testing method to narrow down the issue. The worst case would be a short that only happens avery once any awhile and never when your testing the car. For a GM the biggest easiest one is the internal voltage regulator in the altenator failing.

you mentioned that you install a new battery, did you take off the plastic plugs that usually be on a new battery? if so i would say thats your starter or your ignition... I would start at the starter
