door ajar light illuminated constant

Regardless if any door open or closed, the door ajar led light in the instrument cluster
lights up. The dimming function of courtesy lights work fine as they should. When opening
any door, the courtesy lights come on fine as they should. Any ideas?

I would recommend hooking the vehicle up to a OBDII code scanner. I'm not 100% sure, but it may tell you which or (if) a door switch is bad (depending on the vehicle), or at least it will help you troubleshoot the problem further. An auto parts store will lend you one to take out to the parking lot in most cases.
