why is a gas smell coming from the oil

when i checked my oil today i could smell gas in it please can you tell me why would gas be in my oil

if its carburated every time it "floods" gas gets in the oil

It is not carburated,it has throttle body,which is fuel injected,and can only get in your oil,if there is a gasket leak,such as intake or head,and could all so be bad ring,s that would let fuel pass them,have your engine compression checked,it will tell you which one it is.

head gasket would let oil in your antifreeze change oil drive it for a while and see if it happens again
