Fuse keeps blowing when I drive in overdrive when I replace it once till I drive it again

Fuse number 26 keeps blowing after I
start driving in overdrive the second
time after I replace it the first time
driving I press the button on the shifter
it doesn't show up on cluster panel only
the 2wd and 4wd shows up flashing  
then I know the fuse blown again the
o/d shows up every thing goes normal
till I start driving I can feel it goes in
4wd  ....can u tell me wats going on  its
a 96 explore xlt 4.0 ....
