When u hear a couple thumps like in the rear end
area and all a sudden transmission not shifting
right but was fine just the day before what could
this be

Forgot to mention in the previous post it could also be shift solenoids, is the check engine light on?


Other than checking the fluid level in the transmission to see if it is correct, there is nothing the average person can do to solve the problem.
