Car won't start

Okay so my 03 olds Alero v6 started out as a
simple miss fire I changed my spark plugs and
wires didn't fix the problem change my ignition
coils still didn't fix the problem change my ignition
module and now my car will not start for me
please help

Possibly the EGR valve is plugged with carbon or it could be bad
